Ribbon plugin not working in sideamo theme

When I activate the Ribbon plugin in the sideamo theme, it comes out as one big red ribbon with no text. How can I tweak it to work with this theme?

here is an update (CSS) https://ressources.pluxopolis.net/banque-plugins/plugins/ribbon.1.1.1.zip that should fixe the misbehavior.
