Error cookie on page Administration

Today I'm trying to enter the Administration page (login and password), error appears in the browser Firefox. I cleaned cookies, doesn't work!
**"The page isn’t redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

  • This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies". Try Again.**

The error also appears in Chrome. How to reset a cookie session error? Reset your password on the my site pluxml?

    Hello,
    What's the version of pluxml you are using ? and PHP ?
    I suppose the issue comes from a plugin. List your activated plugins !
    With Firefox, hit the F12 key on your keyboard for displaying tools for developement. Jump in the network tab and reload your page. Look at the console for catching the query that get an error.
    Have you a public url for your site ?
