Kroger extends an invitation to its customers to submit comments on their shopping experiences via the official Kroger Feedback Survey, which can be accessed at www.kroger.com/feedback. A loyalty rewards of 50 fuel points is available to participants who submit the survey within seven days using a valid purchase receipt. The Kroger survey is accessible through both the www.krogerfeedback.com and www.kroger.com/feedback portals and is available in English or Spanish. In order to initiate the survey, customers must input the survey code that is inscribed on their receipt. Entry is still feasible by accessing the alternative link on the website in the event that no code is accessible.
